The holiday home Al Pinone is located in the mountains near Crevoladossola, an old rural village, and is the perfect place for an authentic Italian holiday experience. It is reached on foot via a mule track or path between the hamlet consisting of about 50 steps and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The rustically furnished property, located at 400 m above sea level, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fireplace, a television and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair can be provided upon request. There is only a small fridge, but the cellar is perfect for keeping food fresh and dry. The property is heated using a fireplace, and wood can be bought from the owners. The homeowners even provide fresh fruit and homemade jam. The property includes a private garden with seating furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views. There is also a grill for cooking delicious meals outside. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute drive away (2.4 km) and the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away by car (3.1 km). A larger selection of shops and restaurants can be located in Crevoladossola, just 9 minutes away by car (4.4 km). The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, 1 hour 22 minutes away by car (102 km). The house is an excellent starting point for trekking in the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero natural park. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. For any necessity or question the Homeowner speaks Italian, English, French and German. - The house can only be reached on foot via a 80 m mule track inside the rural hamlet where the house is located, it is recommended to bring a flashlight for the evening. The host recommends that guests arrive by car, as it is not possible to arrive by public transport or car. Upon request and for a supplement, the host can pick up guests at the guest station. - Parking available approx. 100 m from the house - Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. - This property has solar panels that produce electricity and it can be split to provide both A/C and heating. - The apartment is located on the first floor The property is heated by hot-air convectors in the 3 main rooms as well as, if guests like, by the fireplace. Obviously they must be able to use it properly and I will charge separately for the wood. The road leading to the property entrance is a rural street similar to a trail made of some steps and stones in between other buildings (as you see in photos), it is therefore only reachable by foot. Guests can park on the property at an extra fee if they prefer it to the street parking.

The apartment "La Casa di Sissy", nestled in the green meadows of Trasquera in Valdivedro, offers a splendid view of the Alps and the peak of Weissmies. It is located in a traditional house and is perfect for families or couples who love nature and walks. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a child's high chair on request. There are also games and books for children. In the outdoor area, guests will find an open, private terrace with table and chairs. In the communal garden - traditionally without a fence - you can admire the local flora and fauna. Right on the doorstep, just a minute's walk from the accommodation, guests will find a restaurant. Another restaurant, "La Locanda della Pineta", is just a 4-minute drive away (2 km). A small grocery store can also be reached after a minute's walk. More restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets can be found in Varzo, 10 km away (16 minutes by car). After 14 minutes by car you can reach the famous ski resort of San Domenico and after 29 minutes by car the National Park of the Alps Veglia and Devero. Parking is available on the street. An extra bed for a 5th guest available on request. renovations to the facility have just been completed ( May 2024), covering the entire apartment and in particular the kitchenette and living room. The furnishings in the kitchen (including appliances) and living room were replaced to new. The current state can already be seen in the photographic documentation on the site. Attic room in a detached house composed of kitchen equipped with oven and gas stove, refrigerator and wood stove (wood to be paid for separately), living room with TV and sofa. Bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom We are located on the main road of our small village of Trasquera at 1100 meters on the Lepontine Alps on the border with German-speaking Switzerland. From here you can start many excursions of any level to the Natural Park Veglia Devero, to the alpine hut Alpe Solcio, Simplon Pass (Switzerland), Monte Teggiolo and many others. At 15 minutes by car there is the ski resort of San Domenico di Varzo open all year round, both for winter sports and in summer for hiking or biking (they do downhill, there are many tracks). Two balconies overlooking the Swiss Alps are available to guests (one accessible from the living room and one from the master bedroom) to relax and admire the breathtaking view, in the garden there are chairs, table and barbecue with soapstone. A few steps away there are 1 bar with restaurant and a small grocery store always open with fresh bread and typical products. We offer customers fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables (grown in the garden below). Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning is available for a fee. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Ski storage is available. An E-bike is provided.
